How Muslims Celebrate Their Conquests

Many mosques of the first centuries were originally churches. When churches were converted into mosques, this was naturally against the will of the Christians. The message was loud and clear that Islam has conquered, and you will convert, or die. The symbolism was clear to all, that “Shariah Law” will dominate & control everyone and everything!

Many Americans wonder why would anyone want to build a mosque at the sight of Ground Zero? The reason is that this is what Muslims like to do - build a monument as it were, to their conquests. Islam is notorious for building mosques in places they have conquered.

“There are 1,209 mosques in America, well over half founded in the last 20 years.”

Examples:

1. Conquest of Cordoba, Spain – (742 A.D.) – They built a mosque on the ruins of St. Vincent Basilica Church!

2. Conquest of Jerusalem, Israel – (638 A.D.) – Built mosque on the Temple Mount!

3. Conquest of Mecca, Saudi Arabia – (630 A.D.) – Built mosque around “Kaaba” a shrine to the many Arabic gods!

4. Conquest of Damascus, Syria – (636 A.D.) – Built mosque on the ruins of St. John, the Baptist’s Cathedral!

5. Conquest of Constantinople, Turkey – (1453 A.D.) – Built mosque on Cathedral of Constantinople!

6. Etc. Etc. Etc.

With all this as background, how disingenuous they are, to tell us their purpose is to bring many Faiths together! Yes, they want to bring us together under an Islamic Caliphate. Then they would have complete control to murder us at will, as they already do in Muslim Countries today! Let us not forget Muhammad’s Treaty of Hudaybiyyah. How he deceived the enemy, by pretending to want “peaceful co-existence”, and then he overpowered them, and basically they were forced to convert. These tactics have not changed with the Islamic religion. Even our Political & Religious Leaders are promoting them as a “peaceful religion”, even though they have proven throughout history to be the opposite!

Add to this mix of assimilation and conquering, *Taqiyya* – (“The word "Taqiyya" literally means: "Concealing, precaution, guarding.” It is employed in disguising one's beliefs, intentions, convictions, ideas, feelings, opinions or strategies. In practical terms it is manifested as dissimulation, lying, deceiving, vexing and confounding with the intention of deflecting attention, foiling or pre-emptive blocking. It is currently employed in fending off and neutralising any criticism of Islam or Muslims.”) and you have a volatile situation in America right now. Our Leaders and citizens need to rise up in opposition to the Islamic push taking place in America. If we don’t do something now, we will seriously regret it later on.

Ray Gano's 14 Points Refuted!

This Article is "My Answer" to the "14 Points" of Ray Gano - (Prophezine) used to defend the Battle of Armageddon and Ezekiel 38-39 as being the same Battle! They are not "one and the same" Battle! I will (Red/Bold) all the arguments Ray uses to defend these two Battles as being one and the same. All my arguments will be in black letters!

(1) Not one statement in these two chapters (38-39) mentions a war in Israel before Armageddon [or after]. There is only one major battle addressed in scripture and it is the Day of The Lord... AKA Armageddon.

Point # 1 –

Ø First, you say, “Not one statement in these two chapters (38-39) mentions a war in Israel before Armageddon.” I guess you assume that Ezekiel has exhausted the complete eschatology of the “Latter Days”, in these two chapters? You seem to assume also, that this is the battle of Armageddon? Sir, your assumptions are wrong, because we have far more Scripture on Daniel’s 70th. Week, than just this passage!

Ø Second, you say, “There is only one major battle addressed in scripture and it is the Day of The Lord. AKA Armageddon”. What about the Great War in Revelation 6:4? This is the second Seal judgment, during the Tribulation! Add to that, the “wars, and rumors of War” in Matthew 24:26-27, or the early “birth pangs”, prior to the second coming of Christ!

So… Point # 1 is weak!

(2) The battle of Armageddon is the only war predicted by the prophets that could possibly be referred to in these chapters (Ezek. 38:17). Armageddon is mentioned many times by Isaiah, Jeremiah, Micah, and other prophets before the days of Ezekiel (Isa. 1:25-31; 3:25-26; 13:1-16; 24:21; 63:1-6; Jer. 25:30-33; 30:11,20-24; Joel 2-3; Oba. 1:15-21; Mic. 1:3-4; 2:12-13; 5:5-15; etc.).

Point # 2 –

Ø You are right in saying that all these Scriptures point to the Great Battle of Armageddon! But when you compare the sceneries of these Battles with Ezekiel’s Battle, you immediately see major differences!

Here’s a few:

§ Ezekiel has a selected (regional) group of specified nations attacking Israel. (Ex. 38:5-6) Armageddon has all peoples, nations of the Earth! (Rev.16:14; Rev. 19:15)

§ God puts hooks in Gog’s jaw, and brings him down into the Mountains of Israel! (Ez. 38:4, 16-17) Armageddon has demons being spewed out to possess and bring “the Kings of the whole Earth, and the entire World” against Jerusalem! (Rev. 16:14)

§ The battles themselves take place in different areas. Gog in the Mountains! Armageddon in the mountains, Valleys, Bozrah, & the Valley of Jehoshaphat! (Kidron Valley) & Most of all in Jerusalem!

§ In Ezek. 38:11, you have to have Israel dwelling safely. How can you imagine that Israel will be safe, near the end of the seven year tribulation? (when the whole World is against them)

§ In Ezek. 38:5, 6, 13 you have specified nations coming to battle against Israel. And you have Nations not participating! (Western Europe, Saudi Arabia, China, etc.) Once again, it doesn’t line up with the clear teaching that Armageddon is the all out war of the World, against the tiny Nation of Israel!

§ There’s so many more Ray!

So…Point 2 is axed!

(3) The destruction of Gog and his armies (Ezek. 38:18-23; 39:1-6, 17-20) compares with similar statements about Armageddon in Joel 3; Zech. 14; Rev. 19:11-21.

Point # 3 –

Ø Is that all you can say? So what, we have many Battles that can be similar! Ray, you keep shooting yourself in the foot. One of your references in Joel 3:2 clearly teach these are two separate battles! (cp. Ez.38:5-6)

Ø Also, you have one (Joel) taking place in the Valley of Jehoshaphat, and the other in the Mountains of Israel. (Ex. 38:8, 20-21)

Ø Also, you have method of deaths: *Ezekiel 38:20-22, they will be earthquakes, Sword against each other, and pestilence, hail, fire and brimstone! *Zech. 14:12, Eyes melt away along with their bodies. Joel mentions several time about the Sun and Moon changing drastically. Ez. Says nothing about that! Of course there are similarities, but all battle has them!

Ø What motivates the battle of Armageddon is spiritual supremacy over the earth, “And I saw the beast, and the kings of the earth, and their armies, gathered together to make war against him that sat on the horse, and against his army.”Rev. 19:19.

Ø What motivates the Gog Magog conflict is greed; “To take a spoil…” “cattle and goods” “silver and gold.” (Ezek. 38:12-13.)

So…The evidence calls for two separate battles, not one and the same!

(4) Gog will not fall upon the open field until Armageddon (Ezek. 39:3-5; Rev. 19:11-21).

Point # 4 –

Ø If anything this proves you wrong. These verses taken together, do not describe the same battle! (See PT. 2 Refutation)

Ø In Rev. 19 Jesus comes back on a White Horse with His own sword to defeat all the Nations of the World!

Ø In Ezek. 38-39 God sends earthquakes, pestilences, gets the armies to kill each other, rains down fire and brimstone, etc. to take out 5/6ths. Of Gog-Magog Alliance of Nations!

Ø In Ezekiel 39:2, he leaves 1/6th. of the Armies alive. Whereas, in Rev. 19:21 it says the Whole armies, and the remnant were killed!

So…We have Two battles, or someone who wrote the Bible is confused!

(5) The great supper for the fowls and beasts will only be at Armageddon (Ezek. 39:4, 17-20 with Mt. 24:27-28; Rev. 19:17-21).

Point # 5 –

Ø In Ezekiel 39:17, he called the feast of the fowls of the air, a “sacrifice”!

Ø In Revelation 19:17 he calls it the “supper of the Great God”!

Ø In Ezekiel 39:17, he, Ezekiel, is told to proclaim the feast of sacrifice!

Ø In Revelation 19:17 an “angel” is told to proclaim God’s great supper!

Ø In Matthew, I believe we have a perfect solution. He says “For wheresoever the carcase is, there will the eagles be gathered together. “ Fowls always gather when something dies, and is not buried.

So…another misplaced verse!

(6) The presence of God (as pictured in Ezek. 38:18-21; 39:1-6, 17-24) will not be until Armageddon (Isa. 63:1-6; Zech. 14:1-5; Rev. 19:11-21).

Point # 6 –

Ø Before they can see the Presence of God, they have to have the knowledge of Him!

Ø One of the purposes of Gog-Maggot is to get the attention of the Jewish Nation, and the Nations of the Earth! That’s why we read verses like Ez. 39:21-24. If the Gog-Maggot War comes before the Tribulation, or shortly thereafter, this would be the explanation for the innumerable souls that get saved (Rev. 6:9-11; 7:9-14) during the 70th. Week of Daniel!

Ø Note what is said in Ez. 39:21-24:

o The Heathen will see & experience God’s Glory & Judgment! – v.21

o Israel shall “know” who God is, “not mourn for crucifying Christ”, Yet! v.22

o The heathen will understand the History and the importance of Israel! V.23-24

Ø Isaiah is describing the battle of Armageddon, where Christ comes up from Borah to Jerusalem! In Ezekiel, we do not see this happening. Ezekiel 38-39 battle rather brings about a great victory, knowledge, & testimony for the soon coming KING of kings!

Ø Zechariah 14:2 is proof positive that these are two different battles. In Zechariah the women are ravished (raped) and half the City is under siege. In Ezekiel 38-39 we don’t see that at all! God takes them out before they get into the City of Jerusalem!

Ø Rev. 19 & Ezekiel 38 & 39, when compared, are not the same battle! Different places, different people, different particulars, etc.

So…Your argument is just not true!

(7) The supernatural destruction of Gog and his armies (as described in Ezek. 38:21-23) will not be until Armageddon (Isa. 63:1-6; Joel 2-3; Zech. 14; Rev. 19:11-21).

Point # 7 –

Ø This is a repeat argument, read above!

(8) God will not magnify and sanctify Himself and set His glory among the heathen (as stated in Ezek. 38:23; 39:21-24) until He comes at the second coming of Christ -- at Armageddon (Zech. 14:1-21; Mt. 24:29-31; Rev. 19:11-21).

Point # 8 –

Ø Look Ray, if you take all the above verses, and then turn to Rev. 6…

o Rev 6:12 And I beheld when he had opened the sixth seal, and, lo, there was a great earthquake; and the sun became black as sackcloth of hair, and the moon became as blood;

o Rev 6:13 And the stars of heaven fell unto the earth, even as a fig tree casted her untimely figs, when she is shaken of a mighty wind.

o Rev 6:14 And the heaven departed as a scroll when it is rolled together; and every mountain and island were moved out of their places.

o Rev 6:15 And the kings of the earth, and the great men, and the rich men, and the chief captains, and the mighty men, and every bondman, and every free man, hid themselves in the dens and in the rocks of the mountains;

o Rev 6:16 And said to the mountains and rocks, Fall on us, and hide us from the face of him that sixtieth on the throne, and from the wrath of the Lamb:

o Rev 6:17 For the great day of his wrath is come; and who shall be able to stand?

Ø And then look at Rev. 9…

o Rev 9:20 And the rest of the men which were not killed by these plagues yet repented not of the works of their hands, that they should not worship devils, and idols of gold, and silver, and brass, and stone, and of wood: which neither can see, nor hear, nor walk:

o Rev 9:21 Neither repented them of their murders, nor of their sorceries, nor of their fornication, nor of their thefts.

Ø You can see that in spite of seeing all that they have seen! Experiencing all that they have experienced, many didn’t repent of their sin. They “Know” who the Lord is! They fulfill all of the above verses you quoted. To know and to see the Majesty and Almighty power of God is not a guarantee to saving faith!

Ø Remember what Philippians 2:10 says, “That at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, of things in heaven, and things in earth, and things under the earth; And that every tongue should confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father.”!

So…Your argument is just not true!

(8) Gog will not bring the many armies of the nations into Israel to be destroyed until the time of the second coming of Christ, at Armageddon, as referred to in Ezek. 38:18-23; 39:1-7 and proved in Zech. 14:1-5; Rev. 16:13-16; 19:11-21.

Point # 9 –

Ø You’re repeating yourself!

(10) The great earthquake of Ezek. 38:20 will not take place until the seventh vial and the second coming (Zech. 14:1-5; Rev. 16:17-21; 19:11-21).

Point # 10 –

Ø Why do you insist that there can’t be two earthquakes? Several take place during the Tribulation Period!

(11) God's presence will not destroy Gog and his army until the second coming, at Armageddon (Ezek. 38:20; 39:2-7 with Zech. 14:1-5; Rev. 19:11-21).

Point # 11 –

Ø Based on your premise, that would be true! But your premise is not Biblical!

(12) Gog and his army cannot be destroyed in a war in Israel before the second coming, at Armageddon, to fulfill Ezek. 38:18-23; 39:1-7,17-20, and then be destroyed again at Armageddon to fulfill Isa. 63; Joel 2-3; Zech. 14. We must therefore recognize all these passages as referring to the same destruction -- at Armageddon (Rev. 19:11-21).

Point # 12 –

I’m assuming you mean, how can Russia and the other nations regroup in 7 years to fight in the “Battle of Armageddon”? Remember, 1/6 th. of the Armies survive “Gog-Magog Battle) Every year in Russia alone, 2.5 million men and women reach military age. One year alone will outnumber Israel’s Army!

Let alone the other Nations mentioned. Throw in China, Europe, and the United States; you’ve got the “Battle of All Battles” at Armageddon!

(13) The burial of Gog and all his armies destroyed in the fulfillment of Ezek. 38-39 will be at the second coming of Christ (Ezek. 39:11-16 with Dan. 7:11; 2Th. 2:8-12; Rev. 19:11-21).

Point # 13 –

Ø Ezekiel 39:11-16 doesn’t necessarily say that. If anything there seems to be a good argument that this battle happens before the Tribulation! Why the 7 month burial, when God already melted them away? (Zech. 14:12) Why the 7 years of burning for fuel? (Can’t Jesus find other resources of power for His Millennial kingdom?

(14) It is at the second coming of Christ that God's glory will be set among the heathen and Israel will be completely gathered and blessed (Ezek. 39:21-29; Zech. 14; Mt. 24:29-31; Rom. 11:24-29; Rev. 19:11-21).

Point # 14 –

Ø Read Point # 7!

FINALLY - BURNING THE WEAPONS

This is the one thing that people always point too as "proof" in proposing a Pre-Trib G/M war.

But in this my answer is simple. Why does Israel burn the weapons during the Millennial rein? Because God commands them to do so. Just like God commands that temple sacrifice continues. They do it out of remembrance and obedience to God. We forget at times that we are told to do things just out of obedience to God. So this answer is simple, He tells the people to do so.

Hope I gave everyone some food for thought and I ask that you will really look into what I have presented here and not blow it off because it isn't what you are reading in the popular books. I honestly welcome you to look for the holes in what I have presented. I also want to thank Terry Mitchell for the research and help on the 14 points WHY GOG MAG - ARMAGEDDON ARE ONE IN THE SAME.

Final Point –

Ø Are you equating professional men of employment, (burning weapons during Trib?) To Millennial Sacrifices being made, for the purpose of teaching and remembering what Christ has done for us all? (During the 1,000 year reign of Christ?)

Ø PS. As far as we can ascertain there are no bodies to bury after Armageddon! Between God’s melting, (Zech.14) the Birds eating, and the blood flowing up to the horse’s bridle (Rev.14:20) there seems to be nothing left over!

Ø Nowhere in all the references you gave, outside of Ezekiel 39, does it say they will bury the dead! Only Ezekiel says it, and that’s because it’s a different Battle!

Ø After the battle of Armageddon, Christ miraculously cleans up the mess, and begins a restoration of the Earth! (Zech.14:4-11)

Sir, just on a personal note: You seem to think we are all parroting each other. You actually thanked Terry Mitchell for the research he did, for you! (Are you “parroting him?) Sure we gain insights from many different places. I have gotten insights from your articles that have greatly helped me to understand prophecy. But to accuse me and others of “parroting” is wrong. I have quoted many Scripture in my response. I also understand you have as many verses in your arguments. Obviously we look at them from a different perspective. But we are brothers in Christ, and should always sharpen one another!

Son of man, set thy face against Gog, the land of Magog, the chief prince of Meshech and Tubal, (Russia) and prophesy against him, And say, Thus saith the Lord GOD; Behold, I am against thee, O Gog, the chief prince of Meshech and Tubal: And I will turn thee back, and put hooks into thy jaws, and I will bring thee forth, and all thine army, horses and horsemen, all of them clothed with all sorts of armour, even a great company with bucklers and shields, all of them handling swords: Persia, (Iran) Ethiopia, (‘Cush’ – Sudan) and Libya with them; all of them with shield and helmet: Gomer (Turkey), and all his bands; the house of Togarmah (Turkey) of the north quarters, and all his bands: and many people (Gaza, Lebanon, Syria, Hezbolla, etc.) with thee. Be thou prepared, and prepare for thyself, thou, and all thy company that are assembled unto thee, and be thou a guard unto them. The News is abuzz with the “Turkey Flotilla fiasco”, staged by Muslim extremists. Israel has done nothing wrong in defending itself from their enemies, bringing in more weapons to destroy them. If it were any other nation, we probably wouldn’t even be reading about it, in the MSM. (Main Stream Media) This is nothing more than a ruse, and an excuse to attack Israel!

But what has caught my attention is that a ‘moderate’ nation, like Turkey, turning on a longtime ally of theirs, Israel! The E.U. has pretty much denied Turkey membership in their union. So is this Turkey’s way of showing their anger? What did Israel have to do with them not getting into the E.U.? Islamic sympathies have been growing in Turkey for a long time. Their President, Recep Tayyip Erdogan, is a faithful Muslim in every sense. He has decided to buddy up with people like Mahmoud Ahmadinejad, President of Iran, Vladimir Putin, Prime Minister of Russia, Hamas leader in Gaza, Ismail Haniyeh, Sudan's President Omar al-Bashir, President Muammar Gaddafi of Libya, and of course, President Bashar al-Assad of Syria. If you include the, “many people with thee”, and Psalm 83 Nations, then you have Biblical Prophecy taking place before your eyes! These nations are already working together on every level, with each other.

We all know that Gog-Magog Battle takes place before Armageddon! (Rev. 16, 19) The Gog battle is a major victory for Israel! After the armies are destroyed, the World will know that God Almighty, the Jewish One and only, did it all! (Ezekiel 39:21) These Nations are bent on the destruction of Israel! This is an “age-old” hatred born in the heart of Ishmael, and later on, Esau. (Genesis 25:23; 27:41)

What we see happening in the daily news, is the O.T. Prophecies being fulfilled, down to the minutest detail. They’re happening today, and they will happen tomorrow. What are we doing in light of this ‘new’ revelation? Are we seeking to tell others that time is short, and they need to decide for Christ? Are we living our lives in truth and godliness? Have we been faithful to read our Bibles, pray, and serve the Lord in our Churches?

This knowledge is some serious truth that demands we prepare for the worse, and expect God to deliver us! I close with this passage from Daniel 3:16-18, when the 3 Hebrew children we’re told to “Bow” or “Burn”…

Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego, answered and said to the king, O Nebuchadnezzar, we are not careful to answer thee in this matter. If it be so, our God whom we serve is able to deliver us from the burning fiery furnace, and he will deliver us out of thine hand, O king. But if not, be it known unto thee, O king, that we will not serve thy gods, nor worship the golden image which thou hast set up.

"I am the good shepherd, and know my sheep, and am known of mine." (John 10:14)

The Greek word used here for "shepherd" is the same as for "pastor." The Lord Jesus, therefore, was saying, in effect: "I am the good pastor: the good pastor giveth His life for the sheep
that is, 'for His flock'
." A good pastor is, thus, one who leads his flock into good pasture, who knows his flock, and who is known by his flock. A good pastor would even give his life for his flock (vv. 1-16).

However, this is not merely a term for the leader of a church congregation. The term and the concept are sufficiently broad to include all those individuals (teachers, military officers, parents, etc.) who have leadership responsibilities.

In all such cases, our guide and example is our good shepherd, our good pastor, our good leader--the Lord Jesus Christ. With this in mind, consider some of the other biblical references to our good shepherd: "Feed the flock of God which is among you, taking the oversight thereof, not by constraint, but willingly; not for filthy lucre, but of a ready mind; Neither as being lords over God's heritage, but being ensamples to the flock. And when the chief Shepherd shall appear, ye shall receive a crown of glory that fadeth not away" (1 Peter 5:2-4).

Note also Hebrews 13:20-21: "Now the God of peace, that brought again from the dead our Lord Jesus, that great shepherd of the sheep, through the blood of the everlasting covenant, make you perfect in every good work to do his will, working in you that which is wellpleasing in his sight, through Jesus Christ; to whom be glory for ever and ever."

Most every Christian, at least on occasion, must assume the function of a spiritual shepherd, and every Christian, always, is spiritually a sheep. The Lord Jesus is our good shepherd, and we do well to follow Him in all things. HMM

Nine Forty-Day Periods

May 27, 2010

"To whom also he showed himself alive after his passion by many infallible proofs, being seen of them forty days, and speaking of the things pertaining to the kingdom of God." (Acts 1:3)

It is interesting how often the Scriptures refer to a fortyday period. There are nine different forty-day periods noted in Scripture (the phrase itself occurs seventeen times), and it may be noteworthy that forty days is one-ninth of the original (and prophetic) lunar/solar year of 360 days (note Genesis 7:11; 8:3-4; Revelation 11:2-3). Thus the total of the nine forty-day periods equals the ideal year.

These nine forty-day periods are as follows: (1) The intense rainfall at the start of the Flood (Genesis 7:12, 17); (2) The first giving of the law (Exodus 24:18; Deuteronomy 9:9, 11); (3) The second giving of the law (Exodus 34:28; Deuteronomy 9:18, 25); (4) The searching of Canaan by the fearful spies (Numbers 13:25; 14:34); (5) The defiance of Israel by Goliath (1 Samuel 17:16); (6) Elijah's journey to Horeb (1 Kings 19:8); (7) Jonah's reluctant preaching in Nineveh (Jonah 3:4); (8) Christ's temptation in the wilderness (Matthew 4:2; Mark 1:13; Luke 4:2); (9) Christ's post-resurrection ministry (Acts 1:3).

Each of these periods was a time of great stress and intense testing for one or more of God's people, except the last. Instead, the final forty-day period, encompassing Christ's ministry to His disciples after His resurrection, was a time of triumph and great blessing. He had come victoriously through the most intense time of stress and testing that anyone could ever experience, and now He could show Himself alive eternally to His disciples and promise them the same victory. Forty days of testing, then forty days of triumph! Even a lifetime of testing is more than balanced by an eternity of blessing. HMM

Dear Friends,

I recently read a Blog from Bill Salus (Author of "Israelistine" - A best selling book) Entitled, "Is The Coming Mideast War the Wrath of man or God?" Bill writes great articles and has great insight into the Prophecies of the Bible.

I'm posting an E-Mail I revieved, recently, from Author Bill Salus (Of "Isralestine" fame) We pretty much agree on most of the end-time events, with some different slants. Anyway, here's his comments to my E-Mail:

Dear Bill,
I always enjoy your blogs, and keep up to date on the Prophecy World. Please keep sending me your stuff. I teach & preach wherever & whenever I can on what the Bible says about the last days! I use your stuff constantly, and you have really made an addition to Bible prophecy with your insights.

I read in your last article something about how you believe that the first five seals are before the Tribulation! ("The seven seal judgments could also be Tribulation events, although I presently believe at least the first five seals will find fulfillment prior to the Tribulation period.")

Revelation 6 is clear the the first five seals are part of the wrath of the Lamb...

Rev 6:15 And the kings of the earth, and the great men, and the rich men, and the chief captains, and the mighty men, and every bondman, and every free man, hid themselves in the dens and in the rocks of the mountains; Rev 6:16 And said to the mountains and rocks, Fall on us, and hide us from the face of him that sitteth on the throne, and from the wrath of the Lamb: Rev 6:17 For the great day of his wrath is come; and who shall be able to stand?

This applies the opening of the 6th seal, not necessarily all six seals.

Rev. 6:12I looked when He opened the sixth seal, and behold, there was a great earthquake; and the sun became black as sackcloth of hair, and the moon became like blood. 13And the stars of heaven fell to the earth, as a fig tree drops its late figs when it is shaken by a mighty wind. 14Then the sky receded as a scroll when it is rolled up, and every mountain and island was moved out of its place. 15And the kings of the earth, the great men, the rich men, the commanders, the mighty men, every slave and every free man, hid themselves in the caves and in the rocks of the mountains, 16and said to the mountains and rocks, "Fall on us and hide us from the face of Him who sits on the throne and from the wrath of the Lamb! 17For the great day of His wrath has come, and who is able to stand?"
The Book of Revelation is naturally outlined for us in 1:18...

Rev 1:19 Write the things which thou hast seen, and the things which are, and the things which shall be hereafter;

1. The things which thou hast seen ... Chapter 1! (The Glorified Christ)

2. The things which are...chapter 2-3! (The Church Age) (The Church Age on earth - Rev. 4 & 5, the Church Raptured in heaven. Rev. 6-22 Post Rapture events. Rev. 6:1-11 could very well be Post Rapture - Pre-Trib events. I'll be writing a whole lot more on this subject over the next couple years. Be cautious on bundling all the seal judgments into the Trib. until you read my upcoming writings. I'll keep you posted.)

3. The things which shall be hereafter...chapter 4-22! (The 7 Year Trib. - 1,000 Year Mil. - Eternity) ***These chapters are all about the 7 Year Trib! Christians will not be here!

To suggest that they might be Trib. Events, simply throws the sequence out the door! (Not necessarily, I think you should change your ! to a ?. You have to have an Antichrist along with Death and Sheol/Hades on the scene in order to fulfill Daniel 9:26-27 and Isaiah 28:15-18. They show up in Rev. 6. Follow the possible order of events: Rapture, then comes Antichrist and his cohorts Death and Sheol, then comes false covenant, then Trib commences. Remember the Rapture does not trigger the Trib. and that after the Rapture the Harlot system checks in and in Rev. 17:6 she is responsible for alot of dead saints. These are not necessarily the same saints slain for refusing to take the mark of the Beast. I'll be writing more on the end time saints as well.) I agree that the wars, minus possibly (It is probably Pre-Trib and stage sets the emergence of the 10 kingdoms. I'll also be covering this topic) (Gog/Magog, are pre-tribulational. They could very well happen in between the Rapture & the signing of the Peace Covenant, like you suggest. But the theory that they happen Pre-Trib. is untenable. I could be wrong, but I believe you have opened up for some arguments coming your way. (Isralestine provoked many arguments. This is good and thought provoking. I do my homework before going public with my writing. I may not always be correct, but name an eschatologist who is.) Which is always good to test our doctrines & beliefs.

Also, this theory throws out the natural tie-in with the Olivet Discourse in Matt. 24! Without question Jesus separated the first half of the Trib. & the 2nd. half of the Trib. In Matthew they are birth pangs, up to verse 15, and then the Great Trib. kicks in. In Rev. 6 the first four horses tie directly into Jesus predictions. If anything the "Red Horse" is the "possible" Gog/Magog War! But there's no way that Revelation Six, is not a part of the 7 Year Tribulation Period. (I'm familiar with some of the futurist teaching on the Olivet Discourse from Dr. Ice and Dr. Jeremiah. Reagan, Fruchtenbaum, myself and others aren't futurist's. In a nutshell, I put the events up to Matthew 24:8 as Pre-Trib events. Nation has already come against nation and kingdoms are coming against kingdoms and Isaiah 19, which is what Christ appears to have been quoting from, is about to find fulfillment. Also the earthquakes are occuring.)

Bill, maybe I misunderstood what you have said; please correct me if I have! I have a high regard for your insights into Scripture, but believe that you might be starting down the wrong path on this one. (I'll be explaining in future works how I arrive at my conclusions. In addition I'll be writing about the true content of the false covenant. The preponderance of the Church believes it's a peace pact between Israel and the Palestinians/Arabs. This is because it failed to put Ps. 83 into the equation. That peace comes militarily and not through a peace pact. Thus what is the true content of the false covenant. Feel free to share your thoughts. There are several things the Church yet needs to put into the equation.)

Here's what I read from your article:

The fifth seal saints of Revelation 6:9-11 will probably be post Rapture Christians, who are martyred for their Christian faith before the Tribulation period commences. These are possibly among those alluded to in Revelation 17:6 killed by the coming Harlot world religious system. These fifth seal saints are probably not to be confused with their "brethren" who die in the Tribulation as per Revelation 7:9-17.

In Revelation 6:10 these fifth seal saints ask God “How long, O Lord, holy and true, until You judge and avenge our blood on those who dwell on the earth?” This is an interesting question suggesting they don't know their exact whereabouts on the end time's line. If they died for their faith within the seven year Tribulation period they should know exactly "how long" until their blood would be avenged. I will be writing more on the fate of these and the other end time saints in the future.

Here's what I understand from your article: (Correct summary)

1. The Rapture happens!

2. Man's wrath is poured out on the Earth, and millions of Christians killed (Post-Rapture/Pre-Trib. Saints)!

*The 1st. Five Seals of Revelation 6 take place!

3. Then A "Peace Covenant" is made with Israel!

*This begins the 7 Year Trib. (last two Seals, plus the 7 Trumpets, and 7 Vials)!

The argument falls apart when you compare the only difference with the Martyred Saints of chapter 6 & 7 are: *The latter come out of "Great Trib.", (last 3 1/2 Years) *So the obvious, (show me where this is specified. I believe I can show you otherwise.) is that the ones in chapt. 6 must come out of the first three & a half years. Note in 6:11 they were told to wait for their fellow servants & brethren. No distinction (I respectfully disagree, disect v11. I see three potential groups representing three potential differing window periods. Reread it and see if you can see what I see. I'll be writing on this more in due time.) is made, other than that! The key to understanding this is found in the phrase "should be killed as they were,". (All saints in the post Rapture "patience of the saints" period are martyred for their faith. However, some are martyred by the Harlot for failing to buy into her program, and others for failing to take the mark. These are seperate events occuring at differing intervals.) They are killed in the same way, under the same conditions. The saints in chapter 6 were told to wait 'under the Altar" until the other "martyred Trib. saints would be ariving soon! (6:9-11) Beings the "Church Saints" are already on thrones with Christ! (Rev.4&5) This belief would almost force us to create a new dispensation for Rev. 6 martyrs. I don't think so! (Dispensation period or short window period, call it what you like)

The Battles of Psalm 83; Isa. 17; and, "maybe even", Gog/Magog could all happen in the intervening time between the Rapture & the Signing of the Peace Covenant! Or, just the Psalm 83 War and the Isaiah 17 War will probably happen prior to the Rapture, or in between. As I've said, Isa 17 & Psalm 83 could very well coincide, because Syria has already said they would get involved if Israel starts a war with Hezbollah.

My personal belief is that the Gog/Magog war is the "Red Horse" in Rev.6! But there are problems with that theory too! (You could be right. I'm researching that second seal pre-trib possibility as well. Remember it's not just a red horse, rather a fiery red. Research fiery in the Hebrew and see where it takes you.)

Anyway, I'm convinced that the Bible clearly teaches that the Trib. has started as of the First Seal! (A False Peace Treaty) Therefore, the following Seals, Trumpets, and Bowls are all in the framework of the Seven year Tribulation Period!~(You could be correct, this is the traditional teaching. It's safe for now, not necessarily correct however.)

PS. For them not knowing the time line and asking the question of Rev. 6:10; Why would they need too? Because ultimately none of us know the exact date or hour! (Only the times and seasons) He gives them an indication that is was a short time in verse 11! "little season"

Also, is it possible that this was more of an expression, of their longing for justice and God's judgment upon a sinful earth? I feel this way, and sometimes even say it, or pray it!

Introduction: Where is the Lord God of Elijah? We live in a day of utter compromise toward Biblical, moral, spiritual, & social conviction. We seek to placate the enemies of all that is decent in our lives and society! We allow Hollywood to think, feel, believe, and teach us about everything from A-Z. No wonder the “enemy” has swept in like a flood, as Isaiah says here:

19So shall they fear the name of the LORD from the west, and his glory from the rising of the sun. When the enemy shall come in like a flood, the Spirit of the LORD shall lift up a standard against him.

*God has always raised up a people, or a person (s) for every generation. We, who are the “blood-washed Saints” of God, are His people for today! In our text we see how God replaced Elijah, with Elisha, to be the ‘spokesman” for God! His ‘mantle’ fell upon a faithful servant, and prophet of God. Elisha began his ministry with these words,

"Where is the LORD God of Elijah?"

*Elisha’s ‘mantle’ has fallen to us, the “Philadelphian Church”, found in Revelation 3:7-13! We should be asking the same question, “Where is the LORD God of Elijah?” God has not changed, nor has His clarion call to arms changed. What has changed is the response, and lack of interest on our part to seek Him, and bring glory to His Name!

*An interesting note about ‘Prophetic Teachings” concerning the subject of Elijah. The Scriptures teach that he will return, as we see in…

5Behold, I will send you Elijah the prophet before the coming of the great and dreadful day of the LORD:
6And he shall turn the heart of the fathers to the children, and the heart of the children to their fathers, lest I come and smite the earth with a curse.

I suspect his preaching will be different than what the world has gotten used to, under preachers like, “Rick Warren, Joel Osteen, and others”! See, God hates false prophets and shepherds that deceive and fleece His flock! (Jeremiah 23:1; Acts 20:29-31) Preachers need to remember that their calling comes from the LORD; not Churches - Pulpit Committees - and Ordination Councils. They will ultimately answer to God for their Preaching/Teaching/& Shepherding ministries. (Hebrews 13:7, 17)

Imagine having Elijah at the Temple Mount “lifting up his voice like a trumpet”, telling the World and Israel that they are sinners and need to repent! (Rev. 11:1-13) We aren’t hearing messages like this from supposedly, God’s Men today. To bring back preaching on God’s severest Judgment & bringing down ‘fire & brimstone’ from Heaven upon sinful mankind -- God has to call on an ‘old’ Prophet, to clean up the mess we left the World in!

May God forgive us for being cowards and sissies in our pulpits across America! Many years ago, French historian Alexis de Tocqueville discovered the greatness of America. This is what he said...

“In the end, the state of the Union comes down to the character of the people. … I sought for the greatness and genius of America in her commodious harbours, her ample rivers, and it was not there. I sought for it in the fertile fields, and boundless prairies, and it was not there. I sought it in her rich mines, and vast world commerce, and it was not there. Not until I went into the churches of America and heard her pulpits aflame with righteousness did I understand the secret of her genius and power.”

This is exactly what Elijah will bring back, on a national level, to the peoples and governments of the World! Good old-fashioned “Hell-Fire & Brimstone” messages! This ‘crusade’ will last 3 ½ years, and will end in martyrdom. Now, to better understand how we can (should) be more like Elijah, in his witness and ministry; let his focus, become our focus, in these last days.

***What was Elijah’s Secret to Success? We discover it in 1 Kings 17:1…

1And Elijah the Tishbite, who was of the inhabitants of Gilead, said unto Ahab, As the LORD God of Israel liveth, before whom I stand, there shall not be dew nor rain these years, but according to my word.

1. He Believed in a God that Lives! - “LORD God… liveth”
2. He Believed in a God that Keeps His Covenant! - “God of Israel”3. He Believed in a God that Loved Him! - “Before whom I stand”
4. He Believed in a God that Called Him! - “But according to my word”

Herein, lays the secret of Elijah’s usefulness, godliness & success. He believed God and allowed that to change his life forever. He chose above all else, God glory and service to Him. Because of that, God greatly used Elijah, and gave him Elisha to train, so the Work of God would continue on!

May we emulate this great man of God, so that our lives and destinies are changed for Him, and His glory, alone!

Antichrist’s Kingdom

In John’s description of the Beast of Rev. 13:1-3…

“Rev 13:1 And I stood upon the sand of the sea, and saw a beast rise up out of the sea, having seven heads and ten horns, and upon his horns ten crowns, and upon his heads the name of blasphemy.
Rev 13:2 And the beast which I saw was like unto a leopard, and his feet were as the feet of a bear, and his mouth as the mouth of a lion: and the dragon gave him his power, and his seat, and great authority.
Rev 13:3 And I saw one of his heads as it were wounded to death; and his deadly wound was healed: and all the world wondered after the beast.”

In verse 2, he leaves out the fourth beast of Daniel 7:2-14…

Dan 7:2 Daniel spake and said, I saw in my vision by night, and, behold, the four winds of the heaven strove upon the great sea.
Dan 7:3 And four great beasts came up from the sea, diverse one from another.
Dan 7:4 The first was like a lion, and had eagle's wings: I beheld till the wings thereof were plucked, and it was lifted up from the earth, and made stand upon the feet as a man, and a man's heart was given to it.
Dan 7:5 And behold another beast, a second, like to a bear, and it raised up itself on one side, and it had three ribs in the mouth of it between the teeth of it: and they said thus unto it, Arise, devour much flesh.
Dan 7:6 After this I beheld, and lo another, like a leopard, which had upon the back of it four wings of a fowl; the beast had also four heads; and dominion was given to it.

Dan 7:13 I saw in the night visions, and, behold, one like the Son of man came with the clouds of heaven, and came to the Ancient of days, and they brought him near before him.
Dan 7:14 And there was given him dominion, and glory, and a kingdom, that all people, nations, and languages, should serve him: his dominion is an everlasting dominion, which shall not pass away, and his kingdom that which shall not be destroyed.

John, in Revelation 13:2, looks back at these historical Empires. He starts with Greece (“Leopard” – 5th Kingdom), then Mede-Persia (“Bear” – 4th Kingdom), on to Babylon (“Lion” 3rd Kingdom)

 Why would John leave out the Kingdom he was, presently, under? (Roman Empire) Because, he assumes those reading understand Daniel’s prophecies of the four World Empires! They would be, Babylon, Mede-Persia, Greece, & the “dreadful and terrible”, otherwise known as the “Roman Empire”. That’s why it would be logical to read verse one, and understand that the Antichrist’s Kingdom, comes from the Fourth, as well, a composite of the other three! (Dan. 7:3-7)

 In essence The Roman Kingdom was the last, of the great World-wide Empires. Rome was far superior in strength, of all the preceding Empires. Its future revival will similar to those same Empires. This is what will make it unique, in that it will be a composite of them all, but different. Daniel said it was, “dreadful and terrible"…and it was diverse from all the beasts that were before it; and it had ten horns.” How can one not see, that the “Kingdom of the Antichrist”, is the “Revived Roman Empire”! As you continue to read the rest of chapter 13, and then move on to chapter 17, of Revelation, it becomes clear who and what is being discussed.

 The Ottoman Kingdom can’t be the future Kingdom to come. It didn’t come from the 4th Beast. (Rather it came from the Muslim faith, trying to conquer the World!) Nor did it ever completely destroy the Roman Empire. Plus, it was never a “World Empire”, as the others were.

 As one prophecy teacher recently wrote, “Let Scripture interpret Scripture”. History, as interesting as it is, cannot define or interpret Scripture! History is the veracity and testimony of God’s Holy Word, especially in light of fulfilled prophecy!

 The Antichrist being an “Assyrian” is an argument based more on, snippets of history written by “fallible” men. I would rather trust the plain and truthful Word of God! Isaiah using the term “Assyrian”, would be similar to John calling people, belief systems, etc., “the antichrist”! Isaiah 14:4 calls him the “King of Babylon.” This usage of language is seen by Ezekiel, when he calls the “King of Tyrus”, Lucifer! (28:12-19) Also, he's called the "profane wicked Prince of Israel"!(Ezek. 21:25-27) Does that make him a Jew? You can look back at all the evil world empires, and see that the “antichrist” is a composite of them all! Thus we have all the descriptions of the coming Beast. To single out the Ottoman Empire and Muslim World is simply, conjecture, and convenient to the times.

 Does the Antichrist have to come from the Western Leg of the Roman Empire? No! He could possibly come from any part of the former Roman Empire, which would include Islamic Nations in the Eastern Leg of the Former Roman Empire. But with Islam almost decimated in the Psalm 83 and Ezekiel 38-39 Battles, this just doesn't seem possible! (Battles that take place earlier than Armageddon)

 An interesting note is that when Daniel wrote his prophecy, he saw the Western Leg conquering the Grecian Empire. The Apostle John, in Revelation 13:1-3, speaks of the same four empires of Daniel’s vision. Therefore, “when the plain sense of the Scripture, makes common sense, then seek no other sense!” The Ottoman Empire and the Muslim world have nothing to do with Daniel’s vision; or, in John’s interpretation of it!

 Plus, can you imagine if the “antichrist” is a Muslim, the Nation of Israel signing a ‘peace agreement’ with him? This means that they lay aside all their “Nukes”, and turn them over to an Islamic Antichrist! Also, can you imagine an Islamic Muslim supporting the building a New Temple in Jerusalem? Add to that, him going into it and claiming to be “Allah”! This would be considered blasphemy & idolatry of the worst sort! This would cause him to lose the support of the Muslim World! Remember what the Muslims did after the “cartoons of Mohammad” were printed?

 Finally, the ones promoting an “Islamic Antichrist” tend to believe that “Armageddon” includes Psalm 83, and Ezekiel 38-39. (They are all just one big battle.) This just tears apart the Scriptures, and presents too many problems to be overlooked. They also believe that this is just a “regional war”, when Zechariah 12:3 & 14:2 clearly teach this is a “Global War”, that takes place in the ‘Latter Days’!

Supporting a “Western Revived Roman Empire”, over a "Eastern ‘Caliphate’ Roman Empire” (Ottoman) is a far better exegesis of the Scriptures. I’ll admit, when this stuff first started to come out, I was tempted to follow it. It just can’t be supported by ‘all’ Scripture, and is weakly supported by ‘snippets of history’, more than God’s Word!

Note These Two Headlines:

1) Russia set to sell $2B in arms to Libya
2) Advanced new Russian fighter makes first flight

When read in light of Ezekiel’s “end-day” prophecy (chapters 38 & 39), all this makes sense. Putin, the Ruler (“Gog” – v.2-3), is arming and aligning with the Arab coalition, as predicted in chapter 38:5-6.

Persia, Ethiopia, and Libya with them; all of them with shield and helmet: Gomer, and all his bands; the house of Togarmah of the north quarters, and all his bands: and many people with thee.

We can geographically put these ancient ‘Names” of Nations listed here, into their modern counterparts today! What we have unveiling before us, is Russia arming these Arab nations” to the teeth”, against Israel! Note in 38:7, that “Gog” (Possibly Putin) is to be a “guard unto them”. Meaning, he is to ‘command’ the Troops of this Coalition! This makes sense, especially sense Mr. Putin has created his new position as “Prime Minister” of Russia! (Everyone agrees that he runs the Country)

Mr. Putin is masterful at deception, of the highest sort. He convinced (deceived) our own President, Mr. George Bush, when back in June 2001, I quote:

"I looked the man in the eye. I found him to be very straight forward and trustworthy and we had a very good dialogue. I was able to get a sense of his soul. He's a man deeply committed to his country and the best interests of his country and I appreciate very much the frank dialogue and that's the beginning of a very constructive relationship," Mr. Bush said.

This is the same man who God says…

1. I Am against You and your Horde of Muslim Nations! - (38:2)
2. You have an “evil” thought against my people! - (Israel) – (38:10-12)
3. I will shake the ground from under your feet! – (38:18-20)
4. I will destroy 5/6ths. of this ‘Horse from the North”! – (38:21-22; 39:2)
5. I will use Russia and its Arab Allies to make My Name Great, once again! (38:23; 39:7, 21-23)

Now for all this to happen, Israel has to be dwelling safely in a land of un-walled villages. (38:8, 11) Which seems to indicate that Israel will be fresh from a victory of a smaller escalation? This must refer to the Psalm 83 Battle that Prophetic Teacher Bill Salus says this about it…

Israel destroys Damascus, then Russia invades

Indeed Russia and Iran are ready to make their moves, but what about Syria? Oddly Syria, who today panders alongside Iran for Russian affections, is not included among the elite nine members of the Ezekiel 38 and 39 consortium of attacking nations. Why not? What knocks their quiver of missiles out of the Ezekiel military equation?

As I have documented in my recently released book, “Isralestine, The Ancient Blueprints of the Future Middle East,” the Bible makes quite clear that in a distinctly separate Psalm 83 episode Damascus, the capital of Syria, soon ceases to be a city, and subsequently shortly thereafter Russia and Iran advance against Israel.

Furthermore “Isralestine” explains how the destruction of Damascus followed by the Ezekiel invasion sets the stage for the final tribulation period, whereby the Antichrist rallies his Armageddonites together in one last days ditch effort to destroy the Jewish race.

Thus there are three scheduled end time advances against Israel, not just Ezekiel’s. First comes Psalm 83, the Arab-Israeli war, followed promptly by the Ezekiel 38 and 39 Russian – Iranian invasion, and lastly the campaign of Armageddon by the Antichrist.

The destruction of Damascus will be such a powerful world event that Isaiah was instructed to boldly and succinctly state, the burden against Damascus. “Behold, Damascus will cease from being a city, And it will be a ruinous heap.” (Isaiah 17:1,) Isaiah further announces that the fortified cities of Syria will be forfeited into Israeli sovereignty. (Isaiah 17:9) This suggests that the dooming of Damascus and conquest of Syria results from of an Israeli Defense Forces campaign.

Amos and Jeremiah echo this 2,800-year-old Isaiah prophecy by prophetically uttering some additional details they were given. Amos declares that the capitol building of Syria will go up in smoke, and that the nation as a whole, will go into captivity. (Amos 1:3-5) Jeremiah concurs and furthermore declares the Syrian military will be decisively defeated, and in addition many young men will die in the blood-stained streets of Damascus. (Jeremiah 49:23-27)

I admit that his premise of literal horses, shields, and bucklers, is interesting, to say the least! These things alone, coupled with our daily news, together give great credence to the Prophetic Scriptures! So the “Horse, & Hordes From The North” need to realize that God will always be a “step” ahead of them! Praise the Lord for that!

Spurgeon can read one verse, and say more than most preachers say in a month's worth of sermons! I find his thoughts to be very deep about the Lord, as well, his relationship with Him! Merry Christmas!

I know the subject of this 'blog', might not seem to inspire your 'Merriment'; but it really hit me hard, as I thought about all the joy I have, and yet there are multitudes who will never have that!

(Please Read The 'Article' Here, That Brought About This Serious Subject)

Let me quote some of the serious statements that I read:

While some “cultural” Christians and others recoil at any notion of divine wrath—after all, God is love—the more Biblically literate understand the proper place of God’s retributive justice in the grand scheme of things.

After all, what critic hasn’t already asked a thousand times, “How could a loving God have created a place called Hell?”

however, away from the “ivory towers” in which the critics ply their trade, ordinary people are asking just the opposite question: “Why does a loving God take so long to bring justice to hurting people?”

A view of retributive justice has always been difficult for us to process in this grace-enlightened age. In some quarters, Christian leaders would have us believe that all are saved in the end (universalism). Others would have us believe that lost people are, at the very least, spared the pain of eternal suffering (annihilationism). Still others are calling for restorative (as against retributive) justice within our nation’s temporal penal system. Very few people, it seems, have a stomach for retributive justice, even from the side of God.

I want to focus on the term "Retributive Justice", and it's implication in every human life that has been, or presently is on Earth!

First, let me say that the typical Christian would be more apt, to accept "Restorative Justice" over "Retributive Justice"! The one says, "God is loving & righteous", therefore He will find a way to save everyone! (Universalism, or at best - "Annihilationism") Whereas, the other says, "God is just, holy, & righteous", therefore He must eternally punish those who reject His truth and His offer of salvation through Jesus Christ! (Acts 4:12) One thing I know for sure is that life doesn't afford us the choice, of God's essential character and demands! (Hab. 1:13; Luke 13:3-5)

Second, let me say that "Retributive Justice" will be served upon all mankind; therefore we need to be warning those who are lost! The Bible is clear on this (Matt. 18:8; 25:46; 1 Thess. 1:8-10), and no amount of 'twisting Scripture' can change it!

Third, "Retributive Justice", is addressed in Revelation 6:10...

"And they cried with a loud voice, saying, How long, O Lord, holy and true, dost thou not judge and avenge our blood on them that dwell on the earth?"

Now, imagine a Holy, Righteous, Just, & Loving God saying to His special "blood-bought' children...

"Don't worry, I'll just make them disappear! That way they'll never bother you again!"

Does that sound "Just" - "Righteous" - "Holy" - & "Loving"? Of course not!

The critic's question, “How could a loving God have created such a place as Hell?” The question must be answered with another question: “How could a loving God have not created Hell?”

In closing I want to make it clear, that I want all men to be saved; I also believe that God does too. (2 Peter 3:9)

The Lord is not slack concerning his promise, as some men count slackness; but is long suffering to us-ward, not willing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance.

So during this Season of Hope & Light, let us rejoice in a Pure, Holy, and Consistent God, that can save anybody who comes to Him by faith!

The Wars To Come

Why The Final Battles On Earth Are
Separate & Different?

I recently was listening to John MacArthur's series on Revelation, and came upon his point of view that the battles discussed in Ezekiel 38 & 39 takes place at the end of the Millennium, as referenced in Revelation 20:8-10. Now, I have a deep respect for John Mac on much of his Eschatological views concerning the “End-Times”! But I disagree with him on that one. I believe that anyone who seriously studies these ‘battles’ can only come to the logical conclusion that they are two different ‘battles’!

I have since read and heard, that John Mac no longer teaches that viewpoint. In John's book, "Because the Time is Near", which was published in 2007, says this on page 301-302:

"Some believe that Ezekiel 38 and 39 describe this battle at the end of the millennium. There are, however, significant differences that argue against equating the two events. Ezekiel 39:4 and 17 describes the invaders perishing on the mountains of Israel, but according to Revelation 20:9 the rebels at the end of the millennium will be destroyed on a 'broad plain.' Also, the language of Ezekiel 39: 17-20 seems to be describing the same events depicted in Revelation 19: 17 - 18. Third, the events of Ezekiel 38 – 39 fit chronologically before the description of the millennial temple given in chapters 40-48, while the battle depicted in Revelation 20:7-10 takes place after the millennium". (From "Because the Time is Near", by John MacArthur, Moody Publishers, Chicago, IL)

Although I don’t agree with his (2nd.) assessment where he says, “Also, the language of Ezekiel 39: 17-20 seems to be describing the same events depicted in Revelation 19: 17–18”!

If this is correct, then the battle in Ezekiel 38-39, is the same as “Armageddon” in Revelation 19:17-20! This can only confuse the Bible student even more. The Bible is clear on THREE Latter Day Battles taking place!

If you seriously read & study these three battles, the differences are clearly seen. They are all separate in timing, essence, and outcome. We will discuss these battles later in the article.

Now with that being said, I came across this article, written back in August 10, 2003. Notice what it says about burning the weapons:

“The operation at an Army depot is beginning slowly and will take seven years to destroy the GB, VX and mustard gas and the rockets that carry them, said Army spokesman Mike Abrams.”. (Read article here)

Now compare that, to these words in Ezekiel…

39:9 And they that dwell in the cities of Israel shall go forth, and shall set on fire and burn the weapons, both the shields and the bucklers, the bows and the arrows, and the handstaves, and the spears, and they shall burn them with fire seven years:
39:10 So that they shall take no wood out of the field, neither cut down any out of the forests; for they shall burn the weapons with fire: and they shall spoil those that spoiled them, and rob those that robbed them, saith the Lord GOD.

Here’s an interesting note on the “burning of weaponry” –

For seven years they will use them for fuel. This statement is remarkable for two reasons. First is the nature of the weapons. In the time that Ezekiel wrote this, burning weapons made perfect sense because they were made of wood. What of today’s weapons however? How do you burn warplanes and other metals? Amazingly, Russia has been using Lignostone in the production of its weapons. Lignostone “is a special kind of wood used for ‘coke breakers.’ It is stronger than steel, is very elastic… and it burns better than coal.”

Now in regard to what I said above, this supports the Battle of Ezekiel 38-39 taking place somewhere between the Rapture, and the beginning of the Seven Year Tribulation Period!

Seven years of cleaning up modern weaponry would make sense during the seven year tribulation period. Rather than the beginning of Christ’s 1,000 year reign. As a matter of fact Ezekiel says, in 39:23 –

“And the heathen shall know that the house of Israel went into captivity for their iniquity: because they trespassed against me, therefore hid I my face from them, and gave them into the hand of their enemies: so fell they all by the sword.”

In other words, after Ezekiel’s Battle there are still ‘heathen’ (non-regenerate people) in the Land! The Millennium will only be populated by the ‘regenerate people’! I love popular Bible teacher, Jack Kelley’s Q&A on this one:

Q. I have a question about Isaiah 65:17-25...

A. Isaiah 65:17-25 clearly mentions Jerusalem and its people. There’s no justification for thinking of this as anything other than a passage pertaining to Israel in the Millennium. Remember, for Israel the Millennium is the promised Kingdom Age, so it doesn’t make any sense to have a Millennium without them in their land.
Jewish believers who survive the Great Tribulation will live in Israel during the Millennium while believing Gentile survivors will populate the nations. They and their children will live on Earth during the Millennium.
The Church will inhabit the New Jerusalem, and that’s where the mansions are that Jesus spoke of in John 14:1-2. It’s seen coming down from Heaven in Rev. 21 but is never described as actually landing here. Truth be told, it wouldn’t really fit anywhere. Far bigger than all of Israel it will have a foot print as big as Western Europe or all of the Eastern US from the Atlantic coast to the Mississippi River and Maine to Florida. Besides that it’s 1400 miles tall. Compare that to the tallest building on earth today at 1800 feet. In volume it’s 1/6th the size of Earth.

Now let’s sum this up by stating…

There are Three Major Battles Looming in the World’s Future:

Gog/Magog (Russia) & Islamic Coalition Battle – (Ezekiel 38-39) – Timing is shortly before/after Rapture.
Armageddon’s Battle – (Revelation 19) – Timing is at end of 7 Year Tribulation Period.
Gog & Magog - (Revelation 20:7-9) – Timing is at the end of the 1,000 Year Millennium.

Thus, we must see the imminent dangers of what’s happening in the World today, and that these ‘future’ wars are on the horizon! Therefore, we must be looking for the Savior to come, and we should be living for Him!

Note the words of Paul to his ‘preacher-boy’ Titus…(2:11-14)

11 - For the grace of God that bringeth salvation hath appeared to all men,
12 - Teaching us that, denying ungodliness and worldly lusts, we should live soberly, righteously, and godly, in this present world;
13 - Looking for that blessed hope, and the glorious appearing of the great God and our Saviour Jesus Christ;
14 - Who gave himself for us, that he might redeem us from all iniquity, & purify unto himself a peculiar people, zealous of good works.

May our God truly bless us we these truths, and change our lives for the better.

A Harbinger To Come?

Ahmadinejad Reportedly Claims U.S. is Blocking Return of Mankind's Savior - Is this a harbinger of the anti-christ? The 'Mahdi' that they are looking for, fits much of what the Bible says about the "anti-christ"!

According to scholar Moojan Momen, signs that Sunni and Shi'a are agreed upon include the following:

1.The Mahdi will be a descendant of Muhammad of the line of Fatimah.
2.His name will be as the name of Muhammad.
3.He and Isa (Jesus) will rule for either 40 years (though these years are consisted of days not necessarily the same as 24 hour days)
4.He will distribute wealth.
5.His coming will be accompanied by the raising of a Black Standard.
6.His coming will be accompanied by the appearance of the Ad-Dajjal (the 'Great Deceiver').[7]
7.There will be a lunar and solar eclipse within the same month of Ramadan
8.A star with a luminous tail will rise from the East before the Mahdi emerges.
9.He will restore faith to its original form and eradicate moral corruption.
10.He will fight for the cause of Islam and make it prevail throughout the world[8]
11.He will have a broad forehead, a prominent nose, and his eyes will be naturally mascaraed[9]
12.He will fill the world with justice and fairness at a time when the world will be filled with oppression.

A Rebuilt Temple In Jerusalem?

First you must read this news item, and then I will comment!

>>>In Daniel's "70 Weeks" Prophecy, he confirms a 'rebuilt Temple' in Jerusalem, in the 'Latter Days"! (Daniel 9:27)

Now if you have any doubt about this Prophecy being true or fulfilled, look at verses 25-26! We have 'Historic Proof' that they have been fulfilled.

>>>In Jesus' Prophecy of Matthew 24:15, He clearly says there will be a Temple in Jerusalem, in the 'Last Days'!

>>>In Paul's Prophecy of 2 Thess. 2:4), he clearly teaches a Temple will be built in the Last Days!

>>>In Rev. 11:1-3, John sees a rebuilt Temple in Jerusalem, already functioning by midway through the seven year Tribulation!

So, we see Bible prophecy being fulfilled right before our very eyes! - Luke 21:28

Note one statement made in the article...

The debate reflects wider issues of identity facing the Jewish Quarter, which has become increasingly ultra-Orthodox in recent years.

City councilwoman Rachel Azariya said, "The Hurva must not become just another synagogue, and the Jewish Quarter just another Haredi neighborhood."

Here's my final thought... "Hasidic Jews", are becoming more and more prevalent in Jerusalem, especially in the 'Old City'! The Bible says in Rev. 7, that at the start of the Tribulation Period, an Angel will put a seal on the foreheads of 144,000 Jewish men, (12,000) from each tribe! It appears in verses 9-17, that these Jewish men proclaim the Gospel message to the people of the Earth, and multitudes from all tribes, tongues, and nations come to the Savior!

Now I've often wondered about these 144,000 Jewish male 'virgins'! (Rev.14:4-6) Where in the World are there 144,000 Jewish young men that have kept their virginity? Well, guess what???

New York City has over 250,000 Hasidic Jews!
Israel has 15-20 per cent of its population, as Hasidic! (That's over 1,000,000) Surely there could be 144,000 young Jewish men, in that number.
Other large cities around the World have large populations of 'Hasidic Jews'!

Hasidic Jews pride themselves on their moral 'chastity'! They are like the "Pharisees" of old...
'puritanical, proud, learned, & ultra-orthodox Jewish people!'

This could be the 'means' of how God will find that many young 'virgin' men, to put a seal on their foreheads, during the 'Great' Tribulation!

These things are beginning to unfold, and we must be prepared for His Coming!

Supersessionism?

If I believed in "Replacement Theology", I would go to Israel, and homestead or stake out a claim on the basis that God had promised it in the Old Testament. I understood that He was talking to Israel and not to me. The promise He has given to me is, "… I go to prepare a place for you, and if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again, and receive you unto myself: that where I am, there ye may be also" (John 14:2-3).

In God's dealings with 'mankind', He first starting with the Nation of Israel. When they rejected (Matthew 21:42-44) His 'only begotten' Son, Jesus; then he turned to the Gentiles. (Nations) We, the Church, have been enjoying the 'spiritual blessings' of Genesis 12:1-3, ever since.

But...

Rom 11:25 says, "For I would not, brethren, that ye should be ignorant of this mystery, lest ye should be wise in your own conceits; that blindness in part is happened to Israel, until the fullness of the Gentiles be come in."

Note in the verse, how God will turn His heart back to the Nation of Israel.

1. First, He will regather them 'physically, into their land! (Ezek.36:1-37:13) - National Re-Birth!
2. Second, He will Change their hearts toward Him. (Ezekiel 37:14-28; 39:7, 13, 22) - Spiritual Re-Birth!
3. Third, He will Make Himself known to the whole world, as LORD! (Ezekiel 37:28; 38:16-23; 39:7;) - One of the most surprising things during the Tribulation, is that people will know that the LORD is judging the Earth, and still reject Him! (Revelation 6:15-17)

If you want to understand why God 'judged' Israel in the past, and will restore them in the future, then look at these verses:

Eze 39:21 And I will set my glory among the heathen, and all the heathen shall see my judgment that I have executed, and my hand that I have laid upon them.
Eze 39:22 So the house of Israel shall know that I am the LORD their God from that day and forward.
Eze 39:23 And the heathen shall know that the house of Israel went into captivity for their iniquity: because they trespassed against me, therefore hid I my face from them, and gave them into the hand of their enemies: so fell they all by the sword.
Eze 39:24 According to their uncleanness and according to their transgressions have I done unto them, and hid my face from them.
Eze 39:25 Therefore thus saith the Lord GOD; Now will I bring again the captivity of Jacob, and have mercy upon the whole house of Israel, and will be jealous for my holy name;
Eze 39:26 After that they have borne their shame, and all their trespasses whereby they have trespassed against me, when they dwelt safely in their land, and none made them afraid.
Eze 39:27 When I have brought them again from the people, and gathered them out of their enemies' lands, and am sanctified in them in the sight of many nations;
Eze 39:28 Then shall they know that I am the LORD their God, which caused them to be led into captivity among the heathen: but I have gathered them unto their own land, and have left none of them any more there.
Eze 39:29 Neither will I hide my face any more from them: for I have poured out my spirit upon the house of Israel, saith the Lord GOD.

Anti-Semitism will 'no longer' exist after the "Tribulation Period"! The Door of salvation is wide open to us Gentiles, now! But soon the 'Church' will be taken out, and God's Wrath will be poured out on the World!

Mr Rosenberg has an interesting view, and I tend to agree. The most significant aspect of Van Rompuy's appointment as EU President could be his position regarding Turkey. Mr Van Rompuy is vigorously opposed to allowing Turkey into the EU. As this commentary points out, "Van Rompuy's 'election/selection' will accelerate Turkey's dramatic shift from NATO ally to ally of Iran, Syria and Russia. Why? Van Rompuy is an avowed opponent of Turkish entrance into the EU, and the Turks are furious."

As you might already know, I'm a Pre-Trib., Pre-Millennial student of the Holy Bible! One of the reasons is that it makes the prophecies of the O.T., as well, N.T., 'common-sense', literal interpretations!

Notice how Ezekiel 38:6 is beginning to line up with the Nations going against Israel in the 'Last Days'! (Ezekiel 38:4-23)

Are we not living in interesting and precarious times. (Matt.24:4-14) I for one, am excited about the prophecies of the Bible being fulfilled right before our eyes. Remember what Jesus said,

"And when these things begin to come to pass, then look up, and lift up your heads; for your redemption draweth nigh." (Luke 21:28)

* We have already seen the prophecy of Israel's 'regathering' in the Land. (Ezekiel 37:21-28 - 1948 A.D.)

* We have also seen Israel capture & take possesion of Jerusalem. (Joel 2:1-17; Zech.12:1-9 - 1967 A.D.)

***To prove His prophetic claim & authority, Jesus gives them a 'near' prophecy that they would see in their day. Then He gives them & us, a 'far' prophecy about Jerusalem in verse 7...

"And then shall they see the Son of man coming in a cloud with power and great glory".

We know the 'near' prophecy came true in A.D. 70, when General Titus surrounded and destroyed the City of Jerusalem. When the 2nd. fulfillment of this prophecy takes place, Jesus will come back to Earth "with power and great glory". (Luke 21:27)

Notice in Joel 2:2, it says they will "divide" up Jerusalem. This is exactly what the E.U, (European Union) United States, and all other Nations want to do today! Tough days (Joel 2:2) are ahead for the nation of Israel. Daniel's "Seventieth Week Prophecy" is about to happen! (Daniel 9:24-27) And the "Church Age" (1 Cor.9:17; Eph.1:10; Eph.3:2; Col.1:25) is about to end.

Now, let's get back to the Headline for this post:

1. There will be a European Coalition of Nations in the 'Last Days". (Revived Roman Empire - Dan.9:26) that will exist in the 70th. Week of Daniel! (Daniel 7:7-8)

2. A great and 'charismatic' leader will rise up, and head-up this coalition! (Daniel 11:36-45; Rev.13:1)

3. He will deceive the Jews into signing a 7 year covenant that he will break in the middle of Daniel's 70th. Week! (Dan.9:27; 2 Thessalonians 2:3-4; Rev.13:5)

4. He will blaspheme God, and deceive the Nations to worship him! He will persecute and kill most of the "Tribulation Saints" (both Jew & Gentile) during these three and a half years! (Rev.13:1-18)

5. But he will come to an end, and be cast into the "Lake of Fire" - (Rev.19:20)

***So what does all of this have to do with "A President of Europe"? Well...

>>>Mr. Van Rompuy is vehemently opposed to Turkey being in the E.U. Therefore one must assume that Turkey will join up with the "Russia-Middle East Confederacy" spoken of in Ezekiel 38:4-7. ("Togarmah" is modern day Turkey!)

>>>When the Gog/Magog battle takes place, God will take out five-sixths of this coalition, comprising Russia and predominantly "Islamic" Nations! (Ezek.39:2) That will take care of a major problem in our World today! (Islamic Terrorism & World Domination)

>>>This will turn the tide toward Europe and it's coalition, thus bringing about the "World Stage" for the "Anti-christ"! Who this man will be, we do not know, and it's meant to be that way! God wants us to concentrate on winning souls for Christ, and living victorious and pure lives!

It's coming together fellow-Christians, like a hand in a glove! Let's make the most of our time down here on Earth! May our lives be for the "Glory of God", and nothing else! The same way that "Tribulation Saints" will overcome in (Rev.12:11), we can as well.

Jews in Jerusalem have raised millions of dollars to be ready for the coming of the Messiah

These are interesting days that we live in. If you're a Pre-Trib. Rapture believer, this news sounds "pretty good"! We know that a Temple in Jerusalem must exist, in the 'last days', because the Anti-christ must perform the "Abomination of Desolation", as predicted in the
Scriptures. (Daniel 9:27; Matthew 24:15; 2 Thessalonians 2:3-4)

Things are looking 'pretty bad' for Israel, but the best is yet to come.

Sunday School Lesson on 1 Thessalonians 4:1-12

I was teaching in the Adult Sunday School Class at my Church (FBC) in Williamston, NC. We are presently in 1 Thessalonians chapter four. I was supposed to get through to verse 12. But I had the hardest time getting past verse one! Here's a snippet:

Furthermore

FUR'THERMORE, adv. Moreover; besides; in addition to what has been said.

Introduction:

*** In Chapter 3 Paul talked about a "deeper" purpose for the Christian.

1. By "Putting Ourselves" In God! - v.9
2. By "Pursuing Others" For God! - v.10-12
3. By "Pressing On" For God's Kingdom! - v.13

When we find that "deep" purpose for our lives, then the "fruit of 'furthermore'!" (v.1), will kick in.

* Remember what Paul just said to them in - 1Th 3:13... to the end he may establish your hearts unblameable in holiness before our God and Father, at the coming of our Lord Jesus with all his saints.

* In view of our purpose & hope (3:9-13) in Christ, there's MORE we can do - "Furthermore"! Paul ask & implored ("beseech and exhort") them to "Move Forward" in Christ... (Notice the word "walk" in vss.1 & 12!

***We should always be walking FORWARD>>> Not BACKWARD<<< -

Notice the 4 - Fold Action of v.1:

1. Ye Have Received
2. How...To Walk
3. To Please God
4. Ye Would Abound More & More -

("so much the more - excel & superabound")

Champions For A Day

Today was a "make-up" game for the High Sch., I drive a bus for. (Great Bridge High School) We are in the play-offs. They won today! It was an "one the edge of your seat" game! Fourth quarter, tie score, with 2 seconds left, and they kicked a field goal to win the game! Wow, you had to be there to experience the elation & excitement!

As the players got on my bus, I told them that they were "Champions" today! Believe me, it was an exciting ride back to the High School!

God tells us in Romans 8:37, that we are more than conquerors...

Let us all celebrate this truth, that "in Christ" we are "Champions"!

A top United States State Department official said recently that the goal of the United States in its negotiations in the Middle East is to pressure Israel to expel Jews from the Biblical lands of Judea and Samaria in Israel in order to end the occupation that began in 1967. William Burns, Under Secretary of State for political affairs at the State Department, said that the bottom line is clear - two states living side by side in peace and security, a Jewish state with true security and a viable independent Palestinian state that ends the occupation that has been in place for over 40 years.

Jimmy's Prophetic Prospective on the News

A call by the United States State Department for Israel to evacuate the Jewish settlers from Judea and Samaria is setting the stage for Bible prophecy to be fulfilled.

There has been an ongoing debate between Israel and the rest of the world about the Jews living in the area of Judea and Samaria, known to some as the West Bank, if there is going to be any chance of a peace agreement between the Israelis and the Palestinians. Israeli government after Israeli government has prolonged a decision on whether to concede to the pressure to remove the Jewish settlers and tear down these settlements. The almost 500,000 Jews who live in the area, many of them for almost 40 years now, say that they are not going to uproot their families and start all over again somewhere else in Israel. In fact, these settlers are determined to stay as they are no matter what the consequences.

Almost all of these settlers say they have a Biblical mandate to be living on this piece of real estate and they quote from the prophetic book of Ezekiel. These settlers are correct - the ancient Jewish prophet Ezekiel did write 2500 years ago that God would give this land in particular to the Jewish people and that they would prosper on the land (Ezekiel 34 and 36). These prophecies will be fulfilled, however, there is also Ezekiel 35 that will be fulfilled, a prophecy that says the Palestinians will rise up to take the land from the Jewish people. Even Ezekiel 37:15-23 foretelling two Jewish states in the region in the last days will be fulfilled. In fact, the stage is now set for all of these prophecies to be fulfilled in the very near future.

(This is happening as I write)

Ezekiel 37:22, King James Version)'>Eze 37:22 And I will make them one nation in the land upon the mountains of Israel; and one king shall be king to them all: and they shall be no more two nations, neither shall they be divided into two kingdoms any more at all:
(This has happened, as of 1948 & 1967)

Exekiel 38:1-8 says, that Russia & a coalition of Muslim nations will attack Israel in those Mountains. It also says the "Young Lions (Offspring Nations)" of Britain & Spain, will not help them. (Ezekiel 38:13, King James Version)'>Ezekiel 38:13) We can definitely see the stage is being set for America to turn a 'blind-eye' to this attack on Israel.

I hope that we will pray for the "Psalm 122:6, King James Version)'>Peace of Jerusalem"! But we know that will only happen when the, "Isaiah 9:6-7, King James Version)'>Prince of Peace", comes back to set up His Millennial (1,000 yr.) Kingdom!

Where Are The 'Mild' Muslims?

Please, all Muslims, listen to us... We have no animosity towards you, or your religion. True Americans just want to have peace among ourselves. As much as we enjoy the "Freedom of Our Religion", we want you to do the same!

You can't support any terrorism, or terrorists among your fellow Muslims! If your religion teaches that "Jihad" means to kill the 'infidels', then you are an 'enemy' to 'all' Americans! We cannot allow you to practice this destructive belief, here and around the World. We hope that we are wrong on this, and that most of you do not believe in a "Jihad" that kills, mains, or subjects all those who disagree with them.

Please stand up and speak up against this! Convince all of us that this is not a part of your belief system. Because if it is, then we have a 'major' problem. One of the guiding principles of America is, "The Freedom of Religion"! But your freedom ends, where my nose begins.

Nor'easter in 'Mid-Atlantic"!

A Nor'easter has hit our wonderful little town of Elizabth City, NC. Lot's of flooding and tree damage to homes & businesses. Pray for us, and our town to recover quickly when this is over.

Fortunitely, my wife & I have had no electricity outings, and very minor problems because of the storm. Actually, I've been able to update the website: www.libertybiblefellowship.com

I am teaching on the Book of 1 Thessalonians in the Adult Sunday sch. class at my church. We'll be finishing up chapter 3:11-13, and hopefully begin chapter 4! Now chapter 4 is the main "Rapture" passage in the N.T. Amillennialists, and others like them, do not believe that these verses have anything to do with a 'special' coming for the Church-Age Saints, prior to the 7 year Tribulation! I happen to believe that, that's exactly what these verses teach! Great preachers and theologians also believe that, as well.

This is the "blessed hope" of the believer! (Tit.2:13) This is what keeps our 'hope' alive, at the roughest points in our journey. I have some of the previous studies on my website (Here) Feel free to check them out, and use however you want!

Just Getting Started

Hello Everyone! I hope to have some interesting things to say here. Let me begin by telling you why I want to blog.

1. It gives an opportunity to let my opinions and thoughts out, about different things!
2. I like to read other blogs, so I'm hoping I can be as interesting as the ones I read!
3. Who knows, maybe I can be of some help for getting the truth out there!
4. Finally, I believe that I'm on the 'right side' of most things, most of the time. I will always make it clear if it's my personal opinion, or my spin on the subject!

Today (11-11-09) is a dreary day in NE North Carolina. I have read all the normal news, and checked & updated, on my website! http://www.libertybiblefellowship.com/ Please feel free to check it out. I try to keep it updated and interesting to most Christians and/or conservative people.

I gladly admit that I'm a 'born-again' believer! I am not ashamed or un-educated on the Gospel of Christ, and the Word of God! I read, study, & teach/preach from the King James Bible. I love it, and believe it to be the preserved/inspired Word of the LORD! Please don't think I'm mean & hateful to others who don't stand as I do on this issue. I will always defend that which is right and true. Also, don't cut me off from being some sort of help to you, because of that position.

I also should let you know that I have been in the Pastoral Ministry for over 35 years. I was a church-planter and Pastor for most of them! I presently teach the Adult Sunday Sch. class at Fellowship Baptist Church in Williamston, NC. We are presently going through the Book of 1 Thessalonians. Rev. John Keeter is my Pastor, and a very good one, at that! The church is filled with wonderful & loving Christians, that really care for their Church & community.

All right, what stands out for me today is... The political correctness surrounding the "Fort Hood Shootings". It's sheer stupidity to ignore that Major Hasan, a Muslim extremist, was simply practicing 'jihad'. (Definition) All the major networks, except Fox News, and some others, seem to be going overboard to define this a "deranged & discouraged soldier who went over the 'deep-end'. This disregards the real motive, (his islamic system of belief & practice concerning 'Jihad") and causes incidents like this happening all the time. There are clear signs that this was a terrorist attack, committed by an Islamic Extremist, who was practicing a tenant of his faith! "Jihad of the sword" !

When are we going to wake up to this 'deadly' enemy of America, and what it stands for? Many of our leaders, including the President of the U.S. is blaming everything, but Islamic Terrorism. We can only hope and pray for our leaders to see the 'clear & present danger' among us. Until then, we need to set our thoughts and prayers to those who lost loved ones, and those who were wounded, and for their complete recovery.

That's all I have to say for now.
